Teresa Rocha (Broadway Partnership Executive Director/Project Site Director) is a 34-year resident of Sacramento, living in Land Park.  She has a Master’s degree in Public Policy (MPP) from UC Berkeley and more than 30 years of management experience in both government (city and state) and nonprofit community-based agencies. She began her career in her hometown of Kansas City, Mo. She continued working in the Bay Area while attending UC Berkeley where she earned both her BA and MPP.
